Don't believe a word she says... Allison talks a good game but even in pain, she brings it every time. Waking up this morning sucked royally. My hamstrings and upper back (between the shoulder blades) were screaming at me full on. I just wanted to go into the club and stretch and sit in the hot tub.
Instead, Allison and I did the 6.3 mile loop we did on Monday except at A-Pace (Allison-Pace). She's crazy, I'm not in 9:20 minute/mile pace these days. Especially after the beating we took yesterday.
I officially hate Carl and Allison, or at least my ass does. :)
